Policies and Procedures for 2024

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST M - F will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the next day. We not ship on weekends.
• Please allow a 5 Business Day delivery time frame. If an order is not delivered within that time frame, please contact us.
• To request a return, please email with the order number, relevant photos, and any additional information.
• Once you place and submit an order, you are unable to make changes. If you need to make a change (wrong address, wrong item, etc), please contact us.
